The website at https://madaio.app is the product. Learners sign in in the browser. The public website describes the product and policies. The signed-in application provides Exam Studio (`/exams`), Learning Workspace (`/learn`), Word Bank (`/word-bank`), settings, and billing. Madaio is not an exam-certification authority, school, university, or professional-advice service. AI-assisted output is a learning aid and may contain errors. Users should review generated explanations and questions before relying on them. ## Modules Exam Studio builds a structured practice exam from a topic, the learner's material, a sample exam, or a saved template. Learners take the exam and review scores, question-level results, and diagnostic feedback. Learning Workspace answers one question with a Summary, Key concepts, and a Learning path. Length can be Short, Standard, or Thorough. A presentation of 1–10 slides can be created; the first outline in a session is complimentary. PDF and presentation exports are rendered on the server and streamed to the browser. They are not stored as durable export documents. Users should sign in with the email address that belongs to the account. A purchase is matched using the checkout email, so the checkout email must be exactly the same as the Madaio sign-in email. Study records (exams, attempts, results, Word Bank, progress) stay with the signed-in account across supported browsers. Learning Workspace source material stays in the session. Users are responsible for keeping their login information safe, providing accurate information, and using a payment method they are authorized to use. The terms currently permit minors to use Madaio and make purchases, subject to the user having authorization to use the payment method and providing accurate transaction information. ## Products and access Madaio offers two access-plan durations: seven-day access for ₪25 and 30-day access for ₪50. These are one-time digital purchases and do not automatically renew. Access begins after payment approval and after the purchase is matched to the account. New exam generation and Learning Workspace AI require an active access plan. AI is priced in shekels on the action. The seven-day plan includes ₪10 of AI. The 30-day plan includes ₪20 of AI. You may add ₪10, ₪20, ₪50, or ₪100. This is a prepaid shekel balance, not a separate credit currency. It is not cash, is not redeemable for cash, and is not transferable. It belongs only to the original purchaser and the account used for the purchase. It cannot be sold, assigned, or moved to another account. The balance does not expire. It is blocked from use while the account does not have an active access plan. Remaining shekels can become available again when the account has an active access plan, subject to the account and the applicable terms. Failures are not charged. Learning Workspace hosted responses use a fixed customer bundle: an initial answer plus one follow-up for ₪0.50, then further ₪0.50 packs of two successful responses. ## Checkout and transaction matching Grow processes checkout and sends Madaio a transaction update. The checkout form requires the purchaser's name, email, and phone number. The email field is operationally important: it must match the email used to log in to the Madaio account. If the emails do not match, the transaction may not automatically add access or AI balance to the intended account. The user should contact Madaio with the transaction details so the mismatch can be reviewed. Madaio does not store the full payment-card number. Payment details are handled by Grow and its payment providers under their applicable terms. The service is digital and there is no physical delivery. There is no agent-payable checkout protocol (no ACP, UCP, x402, or HTTP 402 surface). ## Cancellation and refunds Cancellation and refund rights are described in the [Terms of Use](https://madaio.app/terms). The terms state that cancellation is subject to rights under Israel's Consumer Protection Law and regulations. We do not charge a cancellation fee. If access has started, the refund is calculated for the unused portion. For an AI-balance refund, used amount is deducted at face value and unused shekels are refunded, subject to applicable law. Users should check generated output and should not treat it as professional advice. ## Privacy summary Madaio may collect account details such as name, email address, phone number, and internal account identifiers; purchase details such as product, amount, date, transaction identifiers, and status; support messages; device and access information needed for operation and security; and information needed to provide online features. Exam Studio records, Word Bank entries, and progress are hosted with the account. Learning Workspace uploads stay in the session. Local storage may be used for preferences such as language and theme. Essential technologies may be used for operation, security, and preferences. The privacy policy will be updated if non-essential analytics or marketing tools are added. Information is used to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, match payments, provide access and AI balance, operate online features, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, manage accounting, process refunds, improve security, and comply with law. Madaio does not send direct marketing without consent or another lawful basis where required. External providers may include payment, cloud hosting, authentication, database, information-security, technical-support, model, and AI providers.
